     Gracious citizens of the Capitol and our surrounding Districts, President Snow encourages all of you to remember that District 13 was destroyed 75 years ago. The pirated transmission from President Snow’s recent address was entirely created by those who wish you harm. The ‘Mockingjay’ is a figment of the rebel’s imaginations. Katniss Everdeen died in the terror attack on the final night of the 75th Annual Hunger Games. Her body was retrieved early the following morning. The Panem Ministry of Security wishes to press the fact that Katniss Everdeen will no longer be an issue to our sovereign nation.

     The transmission was not of Beetee Latier, as some suspect. In fact, the Capitol’s facial recognition software has determined that the citizen was Elias Rhyne, a prominent rebel leader, made to look as the late Beetee Latier had. This is only meant to stir up rumors. Their goal to divide us. There has never been a more important time to be united than today. We must stand as one country to defend our nobility and freedom as a nation. We must stand up to the rebel warriors determined to bring this country to it’s knees. Stay strong, and remember that Katniss Everdeen, the Star-Crossed Lover, the ‘Mockingjay’, the Girl on Fire, is dead. The flame she ignited burned her to the ground. Her own sparks of the rebellion caught fire, and incinerated her. Katniss Everdeen is dead.

After the terror attack at the 75^th Annual Hunger Games, many businesses and homes were damaged due to the brute force used by the rebel leaders when fleeing the scene. Even so, Panem Online is proud to announce the reopening of the arena used in the 53^rd Annual Hunger Games! This thrilling tourist attraction includes the icy wilderness the tributes had to battle through, the ferocious polar bears they had to fight and the celebrated gift shop. Officials say that all members of the Capitol and surrounding districts are welcome to visit any time they wish. This being said, the integrated hair salon and café bistro are still under re-construction.

“My grandson was so disappointed when he heard the arena was closed, but due to the generosity of our President, he can now have the birthday he always dreamed of” said local citizen Raya Clarkstine.

The other attractions that are currently open for visitors include the arena from the first ever Hunger Games, the workspace of the magnificent clothing designer Sebastion Chaser and the newly built Capitol Zoo. 

Panem Online has also received an exclusive message of advice from President Snow himself. The President wished us to tell our readers not to be afraid in these harsh times, when the shadow of those few rebels try to make our lives a misery. President Snow encourages all citizens to carry about their normal way of living.
