Some people are good at styling tributes, others a good informing others about the daily goings on in the Capitol. Ophelia Aterbury was good a keeping track of what needed to be done and when, what people should be doing and generally making sure everything is in order. She enrolled in the Panem University of Etiquette and Decorum and by the time she had turned 21 had passed with flying colours, placing 2nd in her class of 18. When she reached the age of 22, Ophelia had gotten a job at one of the many boutiques here in the Capitol. She was never quite satisfied with that job however, and at age 24 decided to leave and aim to get a job more suited to her talents.

Ophelia can now be spotted working along side Aelia Rivendell at one of the Capitol's leading magazines, Panem Online. Conversing with the writers about the style and mood of their articles, deciding which articles would grab peoples attention and ensuring everyone working on the magazine keeps to the schedule so thing can run as smoothly as possible. She may not be the most fashionable nor the most intelligent but she knows what should be done and when and for that is now very well known amongst the Capitol superiors and is quickly becoming very popular amongst the people of Panem.
