Evron Jardine is one of the famed citizens of our city. His ideals are that of a perfect Capitol citizen. At a young age, just recently graduated from the Capitol Institute of Fine Arts, with high honors, Evron joined the elite group of men and women that make up the Gamemakers. Evron worked alongside prestigious citizens such as Aldous Praedon and Rickard Longsmith. At the age of 24, Evron had worked on 3 Hunger Games, and had pitched the winning theme for the 64th Hunger Games; a dark fog forest, in which the sun never shined, and one wrong turn could mean utter disaster.

After retiring from Gamemaking at the age of 29, Evron took up writing. He published a book titled Life Isn't Art, Art is Life, that went on to become a best-selling autobiography in the Capitol and 8 of the 12 districts. After his authoring success, Evron went on to write 3 more books, all doing well in sales. Evron has now been the Co-Editor in Chief of Panem Online for 5 years, working alongside the wonderfully talented, Livia Edenthaw. Evron is now married to his wife of 3 years, Trista. They have two wonderful twin daughters.
